Not once, but twice the wrong shower base was ordered by the owner, causing frustration, delays and considerable extra expenses as my contractor had to work overtime to try and resolve the issue. I got no response to my email outlining the problem from the owner, Pat, yet it was she who insisted this second shower base was "the only base that will work" with the glass panels and door. Of course, it was double the price of the original one and no, it didn't work. No response, no responsibility taken for her errors, no acknowledgement at all. Don't waste your time and money in this store.
