Finaddicts Kingston does not stand behind their products. Beware! I bought a metal stand there for my new 180 gal aquarium (72"x24"x24"). I made sure they knew all dimensions and volume of the aquarium, and I was hoping they would sell me a stand that was strong enough to support it. I bought it for 600$, which was a good price considering the type of stand. One week after filling up the tank (gravel, stones, wood and water) it started leaking on my carpet. At that moment, I noticed there was bowing in the stand, and the middle part was not supported. The guys from Concept Aquariums, who made my aquarium, came and fixed the tank. They told me the aquarium stand was low quality, and the tubular structure was thinner (2") than it was supposed to be for an aquarium this size. They told me I should replace the stand. I went back to Finaddicts, spoke with Avory and explained the situation. They blamed my floor, saying it was unlevel, which I checked and it was definitely NOT the case. Then he said "there is nothing we can do for you", refusing to take the stand back and give my money back. This was a very frustrating experience for me, and this will continue to happen to other people, since Finaddicts will continue to sell low quality/defective aquarium stands. I'm sharing this so my fellows aquarists will stay away from Finaddicts and don't go through the same.

I have been a long time customer and have been generally satisfied with the store. I had a bad experience trying to exchange an item that was incorrectly purchased by my wife. The correct item was exactly the same price and would have cost them nothing to just exchange it. Now I am stuck with a filter cartridge that will only be useful if I by a new system. If I get a new system it won't be from these guys! I guess business is good if they can throw away customers.
