I had a number of appliances serviced in one fee, including the older fridge which needed parts. The initial phone contact was friendly and efficient. The arrangements were seamless. The gentleman who came to see about the appliances was outstanding. He was polite, friendly, honest, and very helpful about about the appliances, the cost, the promises, etc. Overall it was also a good deal. The service 'package' was well worth it and I felt we were well cared for. I liked and trusted the service-man. He even shook our son's hand. Old fashioned great manners and consideration should never go out of style. . Would I call ASA-Adam Stein Appliance again? "Absolutely."

We had Serge over to fix our fridge - which was misdiagnosed from the first company we got (waste of money) - and he fixed it up just fine. Parts were in quickly, and Serge managed to get it done before a lot of company arriving for a wedding. Very good experience - customer service on the phone also excellent.
