I ordered directly from KFC’s website, not through SkipTheDishes, and selected “Hand it to me” because I live downtown and didn’t want it left outside. Despite this, the site marked it as delivered—but no one came, and my security cameras confirmed it. Ten minutes later, SkipTheDishes called (even though I didn’t order from them), saying the driver couldn’t reach me. I had received no calls or knocks. I called KFC after 75 minutes, and the manager insisted it was left at my door. I explained I had camera footage and had selected “hand it to me.” She argued, refused to accept proof, and hung up on me. No apology—just said not to order again. 2 hours after ordering, cold food arrived: rubbery fries, soggy chicken, all drumsticks, no gravy on the poutine. KFC used SkipTheDishes without consent, ignored delivery instructions, then blamed me for their mistake. Horrible service and worse food.
