We appreciate Dow’s Climate Care so much. We moved to the area 2 years ago and they were highly recommended. Every time we have had them come the professionalism and workmanship has been outstanding. Our AC quit working and when we called we had prompt service which we appreciated so much in this heat wave. Chris Lobb found the problem very quickly and fixed it. What a wonderful representative he is for your company. His knowledgeable, honest, patient and kind manner as he explained things to us were exceptional. He stands out and we want him and you to know that people notice and appreciate quality care. Thank you!

Yes. We're here to do I'm aimin to check on my air conditioner this morning they were prop they were on time the. Technician. Was very professional certainly knew what he was doing very personable. Hi I was calling. For daos because it turned out that you're the people that put my furnace and 6 years ago before you owned the house and it turned out that it needed work and Martin did the work but next time I already told the woman I'm going to call dowse I didn't realize it was still under warranty and I thank you very much for that have a great day.
