I reached out to Terry in 2017 to redo the roof, no problem. He got a team down to replace the roof with Owens Corning and it was done within a day or so. Fast forward to May 2025, have a leak, most likely from one of the vents they installed. Called up Terry, he's busy no doubt, told me that he would have someone come by on saturday (today). No one showed so I called him back. He told me a story about his team being unavailable, I asked him how long should I expect to wait cause I didn't want anymore damage, I didn't want to involve the insurance company. He ask when the roof was installed, then said fix it yourself and abruptly ended the call. All in all it is a nice roof job, but post customer service leaves something to be desired. I have more work and I won't be calling Terry if he can't fix his own work. They state “Specializing in Steel & Shingle Roofs. 10 Years experience. 2,000,000 Insured Liability. 10 Year Written Labour & Workmanship Warranty. Lifetime Warranty on Owens Corning Products. 130 mph wind warranty.” I guess not.
