Today, Saturday July 18 2026 between 3 -3:30 PM I stopped in, to exchange a propane tank for my BBQ, when I approached the guy at the counter who was standing directly in front of me and told him I wanted a tank exchange he said 'what?' I said it again, he looked at me with a look of confusion on his face, so I repeated it again, he turned to the female employee standing further away said "Cash Exchange?" She said 'propane tank exchange!' This is when I noticed he was wearing ear buds and said to him, 'if you take those things out of your ears you might hear something' the female laughed. The guy came out to unlock the propane tank cage for me and as he walked away he said, very clearly 'DONT come again' ... I followed him into the store and told him I would be complaining to the owner and he was going to lose his job, again the female giggled at him and I walked back out. I would appreciate a manager or owner contacting me by responding to my review of the crappy disrespectful customer service employee I have used the services of this store since it became a store and was the only one on 49, i've purchased propane, gas, grocery items, snacks, etc etc from this store, as has all of my family for years... I can guarantee you I will be telling all friends and family the type of.service you provide.
