Well, where to begin? They saved my spa in the middle of the night! My controller, after a period of up-and-down cycles, stopped working at -25°C. I looked for a solution locally and sent three emails at 7 PM, hoping for a quick response. The two from Quebec didn't reply, and one never got a response at all. Just two hours later, I had a solution with them, their phone number, and the next afternoon I had a beautiful new controller. One wire was missing, but no problem. The day after that, I received another one after discussing it with them, free of charge. I haven't bought anything from Amazon for two years precisely to get this kind of fast, courteous, and Canadian service... I've found my go-to place for parts... Thank you!
