Failed on honesty and failed on price. They told me inspection to diagnose problem is a standard $40 charge upfront and that charge would be removed if I chose to get repair done at Cornwall Tire. Final bill charged $71.97 for inspection and still charged the fee even after I got repair done at Cornwall Tire. I reminded them of the promised $40. but they said inspection took longer than they thought. Lack of integrity. Plus, they charged $943 for the part which sells for $250 to $450 at the online Canadian parts stores. That is over 100% markup. A bad driveshaft is easy to diagnose and replace. With their hidden fees and markups, the bill came to $1432.55.

I had a good time at OK Tire Auto Service and they put some nice tires on my car. I got m and s tires on the car for winter for all season, and I enjoyed the experience. It was very good. Thank you very much.
