Summary  Stay away from LEVELit / Peter, he'll take your money and won't do the job. Stay away from LEVELit from Smith Falls ON and its owner, Peter Septhon, if you don't want to lose your hard-earned money. It has become clear to us, albeit belatedly, that LEVELit is not a transparent business, they have no proper documentation and Peter Septhon, the director, fraudulently attempts to obtain customer's money. Our story: On July 2023, Peter Septhon took $6000 in advance from my daughter and her small children for a job he never intended to start, as further developments will reveal. Despite my daughter patiently waiting month after month, Peter made no attempts to set up a start date for the work and obviously no work was initiated on her property, despite Peter quickly cashing the $6000 deposit. Instead, he vanished with the money and ceased all communication. For months, it was impossible to get in touch with Peter. By the end of October 2023, once my daughter realized LEVELit/Peter Septhon has no intention of starting the work, (he wouldn't even give her a date for the 2024 season) she requested a full refund of her deposit. As per Peter's email: "Our deposits are fully refundable if canceled before we start work." Contrary to the promises outlined in his email, Peter only returned 50% of the deposit money. Despite my daughter sending numerous emails and leaving voice mails and phone calls, urging Peter to honor his word and find an amicable solution, there have been no results. Throughout this ordeal, Peter's has been highly dishonest, misleading, and elusive. To cover up his deceitful conduct, he has not hesitated to fabricate lies to bolster false accusations against us. Currently, we are seeking all the help we can get to recover our $3000. For us the saga continues, don't let this happen to you, your family or your friends.
