AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Had 2 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Terry Ratkowski, and have to say it was the worst experience of my life. I now have a clicking jaw, and TMJ issues and part of my tongue is still numb. I've been in this situation for 3 years now - I came back in to see the doctor a few months post-surgery to tell him about what I've been experiencing but he refused to take responsibility and said it was most likely because I grind my teeth (which Ive never done in my life) Im now paying to see a physio for TMJ which really he should pay for. I regret getting this surgery done by Terry Ratkowski, and I will never go back to Centennial Dental.

Dr. Yakan cut the underside of my tongue during a routine root canal. He did not put a protective plate and he did not freeze the area so it was extremely painful and traumatizing. I would not go back to Seaway Dental.

My family have been patients with Dr. Michael Ng for years. Yesterday I went for an appointment and was quickly forced to leave the building because of a medical condition which leaves me unable to wear a mask. My attempts to explain my situation and find understanding were met with raised angry voices and employees forcing me out the door. Then to have the dentist slam the door and lock it. I am heartbroken to be treated this way because of my medical condition. My family will never return.
